The role
We’re now looking for a proactive and solutions-oriented quality engineer to become part of our small and agile R&D team as we’re increasingly moving towards higher volume production. In this role, you’ll own our Quality Assurance process, test our products and procedures to ensure they meet safety and quality standards, as well as leading the road towards CE and ISO certifications. You’ll also:

• Set detailed guidelines on our quality standards
• Determine quality metrics for all manufacturing procedures
• Inspect product materials and electrical systems for defects and durability
• Identify the root of technical issues and recommend fixes
• Set and track quality assurance goals

Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about electrification and driving sustainable industry change. As a person, you’re a structured problem solver with strong analytical skills. We believe that you’re street smart, curious, ambitious, are focused on results, and on getting things done. You also have:

• Previous work experience as a quality engineer or similar role
• Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and testing methodologies • An in-depth understanding of technical documentation, as required in the field of certification and standardisation
• Degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or relevant field
